Our house rules are meant to ensure the safety, respect, and wellbeing of everyone who comes to share space with me in my home.

I kindly ask that you keep these in mind when visiting the joydragger’s house.

• No shoes inside. You are welcome to wear socks inside the house if that would make you more comfortable.
• Please be kind to everyone in the space. I want everyone to feel included, safe and seen. Everyone is welcome here.
• Reservations are required. No walk-ins. If you arrive without a reservation, you will be turned away at the door.
• I have a strict cancellation policy. No refunds/exchanges. I understand that things come up especially acts of God like rain so i have created a system that allows you to swap dates just once.
• I fill this space with things I love. Please be mindful of the space and do not take anything away. I’d prefer that if you like an item, you ask for recommendations on where to purchase them and I’d be more than happy to share that with you.
• You are welcome to bring your own meals.
• Be considerate of my neighbours when arriving and departing.
• You are welcome to bring your cat into the space as long as they aren’t destructive.
• I reserve the right to ask guests to leave if we find they have disregarded any of the above rules or if I find they are being disrespectful to anyone in my home.
• I ask that you do not share my home address with anyone for my safety and that of the other guests who show up at the house.
